Ms. Yu is the US Project Manager for Wailian Overseas Consulting Group headquartered in Shanghai, with over 20 offices around China and the U.S.  Mr. Yu is responsible for selecting reliable EB-5 projects for the company.  Wailian is one of the largest EB-5 migration consulting firms in China and was the host of "Invest in America Summit 2011 & 2012" in China.  The company has successfully served over 400 Chinese EB-5 investors in 2010. Ms. Hong will be sharing her knowledge on how selecting the right projects. Mr. Kevin Wright, President, Wright Johnson LLC
Mr. Wright is considered one of the foremost experts on the EB-5 Immigration Visa program. As an accomplished researcher, analyst and professional author, Kevin has assisted many entrepreneurs in receiving Regional Center designation and subsequent approval of the specific projects that are developed and put into operation through the Regional Center mechanism.  As an IMPLAN software specialist, Kevin has authored numerous econometric analysis, in many divergent industries, that demonstrate the employment and economic impacts of these various projects to the USCIS. The Regional Center application process requires Kevin to have an expertise in business plan writing, private placement composition, econometric analysis, complexities of government reporting requirements all coupled with the “hands on” experience necessary to successfully work within this highly specialized industry. Mr. Joseph McCarthy, Partner, McAdam & McCarthy
Mr. McCarthy’s primary area of legal expertise is Immigration Law, including all facets of EB-5 Regional Center and foreign investor immigration applications. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has successfully received USCIS approval for multiple EB-5 Regional Centers throughout the United States.  His legal practice also includes International Law, Business Law, with an emphasis on private placement memoranda (PPM) and partnership/limited partnership agreements, Litigation, Contract Negotiation and Environmental Law. Before co-founding McAdam & McCarthy, Mr. McCarthy's work experience included the Office of Executive Policy for the Governor of the State of Washington, several large international consulting firms and the United States Geological Survey.  Mr. McCarthy is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Courts of the states of Washington and California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Mr. Michael Homeier, Homeier & Law
Mr. Michael Homeier practices in the area of general business, corporate, transactional, and business financing law. With roughly 25 years' experience in the corporate and business transactional field, both as in-house corporate counsel and with private law firms, Michael brings a deep level of legal knowledge and expertise to the EB-5 industry. Michael represents a number of regional centers in the EB-5 program and assists them with the structuring of their projects as well as the negotiation and drafting of business and securities documents relevant to the EB-5 program, such as investor questionnaires, operating agreements, limited liability agreements, loan agreements, subscription agreements, private placement memoranda (PPMS), and escrow agreements. Mr. Thomas Shou, Principal

Born and raised in the USA, Mr. Shou is a senior Chinese translation consultant with over 10 years of translation/interpretation experience in both US and Asia, as well as over 5 years of experience in managing high-tech marketing communication projects. In the summer of 2005, Thomas established SinoTrans International, a full-service multilingual agency that specializes in delivering high-quality, reliable and accurate Asian document/website/software localization solutions for all type of industries. Prior to founding SinoTrans International, Mr. Shou worked for six years as a marketing communications specialist in the high-tech industry, which included founding his first company, Steadfast Communications, a full-service marcom and technical writing consultancy, and serving as a senior marcom specialist at KLA-Tencor.
