Mr. Joseph McCarthy, Partner, McAdam & McCarthy
Mr. McCarthy’s primary area of legal expertise is Immigration Law, including all facets of EB-5 Regional Center and foreign investor immigration applications. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has successfully received USCIS approval for multiple EB-5 Regional Centers throughout the United States.  His legal practice also includes International Law, Business Law, with an emphasis on private placement memoranda (PPM) and partnership/limited partnership agreements, Litigation, Contract Negotiation and Environmental Law. Before co-founding McAdam & McCarthy, Mr. McCarthy's work experience included the Office of Executive Policy for the Governor of the State of Washington, several large international consulting firms and the United States Geological Survey.  Mr. McCarthy is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Courts of the states of Washington and California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Mr. Michael Homeier, Homeier & Law
Mr. Michael Homeier practices in the area of general business, corporate, transactional, and business financing law. With roughly 25 years' experience in the corporate and business transactional field, both as in-house corporate counsel and with private law firms, Michael brings a deep level of legal knowledge and expertise to the EB-5 industry. Michael represents a number of regional centers in the EB-5 program and assists them with the structuring of their projects as well as the negotiation and drafting of business and securities documents relevant to the EB-5 program, such as investor questionnaires, operating agreements, limited liability agreements, loan agreements, subscription agreements, private placement memoranda (PPMS), and escrow agreements. In addition to numerous engagements as a university law professor, Michael also actively participates in public speaking engagements, both in the EB-5, business financing, and business law arenas, and as an inspirational speaker to teenaged and young adult cancer survivors on post-treatment life success. Michael received his J.D. from University of Southern California and his B.A. from The University of California, Los Angeles. Michael is a member of the State Bar of California.

Mr. Jor Law, Homeier & Law
Mr. Jor Law practices corporate and business transactional law in Los Angeles and is a founding shareholder of Homeier & Law, P.C. In addition to his regular practice of representing companies of all sizes and individuals in the areas of finance, secured and unsecured lending, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, securities, venture capital, internet and new media, technology, e-commerce, and other corporate transactions, Jor routinely advises on corporate and securities aspects of EB-5 related transactions. In that capacity, Jor represents both investors looking to invest through the EB-5 program as well as businesses seeking capital through the EB-5 program including through regional centers. Jor frequently presents at EB-5 industry events, including those held by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, State Bar of California, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. Previously, Jor worked at some of the world's largest and most prestigious law firms and ran a division within one such firm. Jor received his J.D. from Columbia University's School of Law in 2001 and his B.A. in Rhetoric from The University of California, Berkeley in 1998. Jor is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York. In December 2008, Mr. Law was named a "Best Lawyer" by LegalForce.
