Offline Registration: download and print out Conference Registration sheet (PDF) and fax back to us for registration, a confirmation will be emailed to you.
  
Registration Policy: Registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.  If participants cannot make to the conference, the registration may be transferable to others or a future event upon a written request.  No-shows will forfeit all fees paid.  Each registration includes meeting materials, breakfast, lunch and raffles. Internet & parking are not covered.
